- Project-based services: For single-time projects like website design or creation of content the cancellation must be done prior to the beginning of the project, at least 72 hours after the beginning of service to avoid any charges.
- Test Periods: When you’re currently in the trial period for the service you’re interested in, cancellation is easy, and there you will not be charged when you cancel your trial prior to the end of your trial. After the trial, an automatic switch to a pay plan takes place until you cancel.
Refund Policy:
- Subscriptions to Services: Because of digital products, refunds for subscription fees once the period of service has begun typically aren’t offered. If you decide to end your subscription before the 30-day notice period, you will not be charged for the coming time.
